Our Principles

  • Empowerment. Leaders are the experts of their team members and their organizations, not investors. Empowered leaders are the key to success.
  • Self-Exploration. The strongest leaders are those that never stop learning and developing through continued introspection and growth.
  • Bet on Ourselves. We respect the responsibility of leadership, and partner with those that have the courage to shape the future by betting on themselves.  Any challenge or uncertainty we face is an opportunity for us to make an impact. Leaders are those that step into the challenges and uncertainty…it’s just what we do.
  • Customer/Patient-centered. We do what’s best for the customer/patient, each other, and the community.
  • Alignment. Alignment is incredibly important when partnering with entrepreneurs. We believe our extensive experience as operators allows us to foster more natural alignment with leaders and helping support them through their entrepreneurial journeys.
